Little Assos washing bag

Whats the deal with the little Assos washing bag you get with your shorts? Surely they don't rinse properly in there? I presume its to stop them getting pulled around in the machine?

    I've been washing Assos shorts in them for the past 10 years and have never had any issues with them not rinsing properly. My experience of Assos kit leads me to surmise that if you follow the washing instructions to the letter then you'll get many years of use out of it.

    What's the deal with the special Assos detergent? I'm assuming that any mild detergent used in moderation will work just as well and not damage them?

    Fair enough. They seem fine after their wash today anyway so I'll keep using it. I had the pad facing outwards as I thought that might be for the best.

    I've lost my bags already :shock:

    i'm living at home again, so I just tend to give them to my mum to wash, and she won't bother with the bag anyway.
