What size is my steerer tube

Noobie question i know. If i measure from the bottom of the frame where the forks sit to the top of the frame its 140mm, from the same start point to the handle bar stem its 210mm
What size steerer tube do i need?.

Question 2) I was recommended to get rock shox reba or tora as replacement for the suntour
75mm forks i currently have on my giant xtc frame. The toras i'm looking at only have a 178mm steerer tube, will these fit, has anyone else got any other insight or reccomendations for me.
I'm glad this is a beginners post lol.
Why use brakes? Falling off is a much quicker way to stop
