Tour de France guide

How does a guy in the US get a copy of the Future Publishing version of the 2008 Tour de France guide as advertised in Procycling and Cycling Plus? I tried to buy it from the myfavouritemagazines web site and Future Publishing emailed me back stating that they will not ship this item outside the UK. We have one here from Velonews, but it is never as good as the 'foreign' one.
