Tyre fitting question (answered!)

I have a Tricross Sport - it came with Specialized Borough Sport CX, 700x32c tyres on - sort of towpath semi slicks.
Can I put on these sale ones? (Schwalbe Blizzard Sport)

The main issue is that they are 700x23 - but the ones I've got bulge out quite a bit... Or would I need thinner wheels?
I must point out that
1) I think having blue tyres would be cool. Or I may order the red ones 8)
2) I know it's not, you know, vital... So I'm not going to fit new wheels!

I don't know for sure, but the easiest way to tell is to::
a) Phone Specialized and ask the recommended widths of tyres for that wheel.
or
b) Measure the *interior* width of the rim in mm's (with the tyre off obviously) then use a table like the following to determine the allowable widths:
http://www.sheldonbrown.com/tire_sizing.html#width
or
c) Visit a LBS.
I'm guessing based on other forum postings you probably have a 17mm interior width so the 23's will be a little too narrow. However Sheldon Brown's table is a little on the conservative size, so you will probably get away with them fine, but may have more visits from the fairy whose name we do not mention.
Finally don't forget you will almost definitely need skinnier inner tubes!
