Sadly I made the mistake of ordering from them. He's an absolute joker. By the sounds of it they have a very basic back of house system that doesn't work very well. He says that he needs to put your details into his machine to process payment and that it takes a lot of time for the orders to be processed so beware that your credit card number probably doesn't go into a secure ordering system but into a form which he captures and which then gets punched into a card machine at his end.

What is totally unforgivable is how rude the guy is to customers. He won't merely explain things to people, he has to talk down to people and be rude to them. Does anyone know the cheapest way to send a bike? I'm tempted to return the bike I purchased from him and buy another one for £40 more. That's how much I dislike him and his shoddy company.

Yea same experience here with them. Lying, rude and totally uncooperative.

Be warned and take heed of the reviews.

*shakes head* Just a pity I didn't look online for reviews first. I thought the site looked kinda amateurish and that should have rung alarm bells for me but alas no......

Just called up and asked for a tracking number but apparently he'd have to give me his account details and he doesn't do that. I've dealt with tonnes of sites and unless it's through first or second class royal mail it's always been possible to track them.

His attitude was very stinky. I'd had an argument with him yesterday and just called up to find out the tracking details of the parcel (I was told I could get a tracking number yesterday) and he said "You're the gentleman I had a problem with yesterday" and proceeded to be rude even though i was just asking for tracking details.

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy didn't have much return business with the way he treats people....

    Same here.....

Well at least a few more people will learn not to buy from this joker. Got a reply to the email I sent yesterday. A whole day and a half later and they still didn't say anything useful....

Told me it was a reputable business. Then says he doesn't care if it arrives or not and tells me sue him if I'm not happy.

Love to meet him really would.

I looked at a bike from this website last year and decided not to on the strength of the web site.
There must be a way to report these episodes.... if enough people complain to Watchdog you could take him out?
