Just found this over on Digg.com, I'm not sure if this person is either:

1. Taking reasonable measures to secure his bike in London
2. A street artist
3. Maybe it's a graveyard for bike locks......

    Needs to move some of the locks to the rear of the bike as the front tyre has gone down with the weight of all the locks :lol:
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    All those locks, and someone still manages to nick his chain!

    Also not very secure as there is only the front wheel secured to an inmovable object!
