change of Email adresses in profile?

HI' All
i have recently changed my Email adresses due to changing broadband networks however when i come to edit my new email in the profile section it comes up with not on data base will i have to re register..

When I try to change mine, this apears:

Sorry, but this e-mail address has been banned.

It's ***********@yahoo.com, but I want to change to ***********@live.com
Can it be done?
