I somehow came 29th out of 53 on the 60 mile run. I thought it would be much worse than that!!!
Rode the 10 miles into work this morning and it felt like hard going. Even checked to see if back wheel was rubbing when I arrived.
I also need to loose some weight and get fitter.

Well - I came about 14th on the 60 mile ride. And I only have one leg! For real. But I've lost 6 stone in weight since last November - so anyone can get fit if they make the effort - and let me tell you, it's well worth it!
