how do you get rid of the annoying squeek squeel from your disk

my bro got some new brakes for his slayer the other week some avid j 7's they were fine until a muddyride later,.. when we got back we hosed the bikes down and dried them since then the brakes squeel like hell ..

how do yuo get rid of the anoyying noise.
