Howdy all

I have been repairing a local ride (bedfords Park/Havering Park/Hainault forest route), basically cutting down bushes that disrupt routes through single tracks etc.

What would the legal implications be in doing this, as these parks are owned by locals councils.

regards

Martin

I think you'll find its classed as vandalism, willful destruction of somebody else's property, they will not be amused and personally I would'nt have posted my name and general geographic area on a forum, they will be looking for you now!!

Criminal damage, trespass and constructive trespass are the first three things that spring to mind.

Don't be a plank - find somewhere where you can ride legally.
