can anyone help ?
I've just bought a Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Comp 2008 and would like some advice on suspension set up as this is my first full susser.
Most of my riding is done at kielder, hamsterley and chopwell and so i would like the bike set up for mid range trail riding,
Any advice would be great

Yes the first step is to set the sag, whatch this

I set 25% sag on the rear and 30% on the front as the ride is quite relaxed on the stumpie. Don't worry about the recommended pressure settings, go with the actual sag you get.My Ride Stumpjumper Expert 20080 -
I run a bit closer 35% maybe a little more, riding rough trails like Cwm Carn and all regular. i rarely bottom and it works well for chewing the big rocks, (2007 stumpy comp)0
