    Some suggestions :
1, force an oversize Torx bit into the rounded allen key hole.
2, carefully drill out the head of the bolt.
3, carefully drill into the bolt and use a stud extractor.
4, carefully cut a slot in the head with a hacksaw if there is room.
5, very carefully cut through the clamp with a hacksaw.
    good luck.

I presume its an older Look frame with aluminium lugs in which case corrosion is the problem - effectively, the suface of the aluminium oxidises and makes the seattube smaller, gripping the post firmly. It's unlikely that any lubricant can penetrate sufficiently to fee the post - but try some Plusgas and leave for a while - I doubt you're going to get the posts out easily - probably using a lot of force or even destroying it in the process. www.sheldonbrown.com has lots of ideas for removing stuck posts - good luck
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Penetrating lubricant and a hairdryer to help expand the frame slightly, try repaetedly over a few days, if not it may need to be cut out. Sorry
