Know Highclere managed to get themselves in a bit of a lather re timing standards but one (of many they did) good thing, not had before, is text I got this morning with ride time, splits and standard.

Would be great if became the norm.

Don't hold your breath. It doesn't always work.

I got my Etape Caledonia results by text last year and thought it really neat.

This year I got a text within an hour of finishing that said "Well done [name other than Pneumatic], you completed the course in [time]!" The only good thing was that the other person's time was a lot better than mine, so I claimed it!!
