Trek Frame Replacement

I've just broken the rear Chain Stay on my Trek Fuel 80 for the second time, it's broken in exactly the same place as the first one, on one of the welds nearest the seat tube. Anyway Trek have said that this time they will replace the whole frame and not just the Swing Arm section. Anybody know if they will replace like for like or if I will get one of the newer Fuel EX Frames???

They will replace like for like, or better. You will not be worse off.
