Hello, I was thinking earlier; if you were out on hilly ride and you were having a pretty good day, and you seen someone up ahead wearing a Polka dot or Giro style green climber's jersey, would you try and 'take them on'?

Do you think wearing a climber's jersey invites people to attack?

Cheers

I think it invites a few cheeky comments if you end up having to walk up any hills or anything, least that's what I'd expect if I wore one (I don't but maybe that's why).
  • my son has a polka dot jersey, when the road turns upwards i just let him go!

Up to people what they wear really. I always chuckle though when I've seen people wearing them on sportives and I ride past them up the hills.

    Each to their own!

Just as good as passing a Pinarello or Colnago on a climb
