got some Revs in the past few months, the mech that changes the length of the travel started to play up last night on a run out.
very stiff almost immovable so i cant change the travel from what it is set at,warranty issue or is there any quick fixes?
dont want to send them back as i got them over the net and it will be a serious pain in the dick but obviously will if have to.will RS let my local BS sort it or will they have to go back to where i got them?

I experienced a similar problem after some really grotty winter rides and I'm pretty sure it was grit getting into the U Turn mech.
Whatever you do, don't accidentally force the mechanism past it's intended stop and break the fork like I did!
Note - although Merlin were brilliant and fixed it under warranty within a week for me.0 -
have a look at this topic in the MTB FAQ's"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
