Have had enough of Time RXE's, becoming too unpredictable in cipping in, which on a 30s countdown at the start of a TT is becoming a pain in the rear. I want to use Look Keo I think, on the basis that that s what is on the track bikes in the newport velodrome. They have enough float, and are easy to clip in and out. Problem is I'm not sure exactly which ones... I think they are the sprints , but not sure. I use the red cleats at the track, if that means anything...help!

Steve, Keo's are great, reliable etc, I have the base model and am happy with them. :)
Newport's track bikes Have the old style Look's not Keo. I turned up and was lucky that I had a pair of trainers.

I have now ordered a set of Look cleats for my 2nd try and may get some shoes to keep them on if I get into it. Yet another excuse to spend on cycling. 8)
