I just purchased this Cannondale pump.......

Claimed to be 'the most durable pump in it's class', rated to 160psi and only £14.99. Works fine, does the job and the gauge is accurate. What more can a guy ask for...? It would appear that I got the last one at ChainReactionCycles.com but I'm sure you can pick one up elsewhere....1998 Marin Hawk Hill

halfruads have the top Peak Joe Blow sport for £26, seemed a good price for a solid feeling pump.0

At the bottom end of your price range you could get the Joe Blow Max 2 - good reliable pump - easy 120's every time - one niggle with these is the vavle mechanism is awkward to get off - you half get the feeling that somethings gouing to snap off (so far it hasn't though) - apart from that they're good value for money.0

Yep, second the joe blow!
I have the joe blow sport, had it for a while now and no problems. No issues with reaching 140 psi but at first the valve mechanism was a little awkward but you get used to it.
Good solid feeling floor pump.0 -
I have a Blackburn TP-5 which is alu cased and dual chambered, but I'm sure the latest ones are just as good. My one has been excellent for at least 4 or 5 years now.0

Another vote for Blackburn pumps here. Strictly from personal experience, I'd avoid Wrench Force - mine had some sort of internal fault making pressure build up in the barrel rather than going to the tyre, with the result that the handle and piston assembly once flew out at high speed and whacked into the ceiling. Good job I wasn't standing over it at the time, it would have dealt me a hefty thump!

Tesco! My local large Tesco has them for a tenner. They have a guage which is pretty accurate and the pump itself only takes 18 strokes to reach 120psi, job done!Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

You could always check out BikeRadar's gear browser which has at least a couple of dozen track pump reviews.0

Silca Pista. Might be a bit over £30 but is built like a tank, has solid wooden handles and is serviceable.0
