Front wheel not centered.

Hi all, just trying to sort a problem out. Basically the front wheel isn't in the centre. It seems like the disc is pulling it to one side, if i undo the quick release and retighten it goes back to the centre, but as soon as I use the front brake, it pulls it over again.

Any help appreciated.

What hub and fork? Sounds like it isnt tight enough.

it's definatley tight enough, it was running on kk hub & Rockshox tora, but got a Fox f120rlc delivered this afternoon and it doesn't seem as bad now.
