Just reading this week's Comic and the interviews with all the Brit riders. I guess they were done some time during the second week, or certainly before the final few days.

This from Millar:

CW: Who do you think is going to win the Giro?

DM: Alberto Contador. He makes it look easy. I hope he wins because I think he's a good guy.

[sits back and waits....]

PS I most certainly did NOT buy the Comic this week just because of "Pendleton Pic Special" on the front cover. I would just like to make that clear.

    Good call from Millar there. Everyone seems to like Alby. He's going to be the boss of the peleton for the next half decade.


    PS: Pendleton is the Jordan of CW. Always in your face and completely overrated.

    Am I the only one who thinks Millar's "I think he's a good guy" translates to "I think he's clean" ?

    Clean... when? Is the question. If you look at his career i don't think he is a good guy. Paris-Nice last year his average power for the final climb was apparently mindblowing, more than Armstrong had ever averaged. If Conatdor had signed for Credit Agricole or Slipstream i may be a bit more convinced.
