Severe vibration from rear disc brake

Put new pads in my Hayes Sole today, a s a result of lubing the disc some months back I think. Went out for a rode today and the first few miles were an inprovement over the old pads ie a lot quieter, however after 4 miles there is severe vibration from the calliper/disc.

The pads are new from Discopads, OBE. and replaced original Hayes pads. I have tonight put some copper grease on the back of the pads, on the face between piston/pad, hopefully this will cure the vibration. Everything is tight, as it should be at the rear end.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Wil give the disc a clean in a mo then, too late to remove the copper grease now, do that in work tomorrow.
