Quick Q ive got the M755 XT (Grey type) brakes with Goodridge braided hoses.
i also just bought some 4 pot xt brakes complete ready to go on is it worth keeping the original brakes wot are on at the mo (braided 1's) and just change the calipers or swop the hole lot over...
thanks paul
also wot are the going rate for a set of XT brakes in MINT Cond

scrap the braided ones and give them to me. braided ones are supposed to be better and im considering them but you will need to be able to bleed the new brakes if you swap them.0

swopped the brakes over today just to find out i now have to revert back to 160mm from 180mm (no adaptors) after changing them noticed the rear cable requirs cutting also could do with a bleed so now ive taken to my LBS to have the brakes changed back over and now im putting the 4 pots on the braided hoses...
im now selling a complete set of brakes( levers BR-M755) with standard hoses which hav'nt been cut with XT calipers (Grey type M765) in mint condition might need a bleed.
