Hi Hope someone can help.
I currently have Pasela tg tyres on my touring bike size 700x37c. Would it be possible to fit 700x28 on the same rim, and what difference would I feel when riding.

It would be more useful to know the rim type/size than the size of the tyre fitted. The rim might already be sporting the narrowest tyres that are safe/recommended...unlikely but possible.

You'll get a firmer ride with narrower tyres.

According to the Sheldon Brown website your 18mm rims should be ok for 28mm tyres.

If you are staying with Pasela tyres you will find that the ride is a bit firmer but not too bad as the Pasela is a fairly supple tyre.
Also you will find the handling and steering much lighter, it will feel like a different bike.
