Crank bros pedals

Does anyone know if the cranks bros mountain bike cleats compatible with the Quattro Road pedals?

    Yup, they're the same. The only problem you might have is the tread on the soles of MTB shoes interfering with the spindle housing on the quattros, but you can often solve that by cutting a bit of rubber off your shoes.
