Brake swapping project...a few questions...

I bought some 2nd hand Avid Juicy Carbons that are going on to my Trek Fuel, and I'm going to put the Deores onto my missus' Rockhopper that currently runs V brakes. I've had a look at the bikes and bits and I've got a few questions before I start...
Disc mounting bolts...the Shimanos have little lock tabs that bend around triangular headed bolts. The Avids just have round heads (so obviously tabs won't work!). Just want to check this is correct, and when I move the discs from Trek to Spesh the tagged triangular bolts move across with them.
Threadlock...I see pictures of rotor mounting bolts on CRC/Wiggle etc and they already have a blue splodge on the threads. Is this just a misleading picture? Can they just be reused or should I presumably be putting a splodge of Loctite on the threads?
Hose guide clamps...not sure what they are called but they are little c shaped pieces of plastic that secure the hoses to the Trek frame. I need a couple (broken) what am I looking for? Is there an equivalent for the Rockhopper? The guides are there but they are lacking the littel recesses for the clamps to enage into...a cable tie is looking like another option!
Pad spacers (?)...again not sure what they are called, little plastic things to put in the caliper if the wheel is out...I need some for the Avids. Can't find online...
Thanks in advance!

Or a 2p and some insulting tape."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Nope, with stock issues a disc, some wheels, and two adaptors are coming from both CRC and Wiggle rather than just one...and I only got round to ordering yesterday...0
