To give my rockshox solo air totems and fox dhx air 5.0 shock a little bit of home loving - not big servicing just a bit of lube and whatever can be done by a good home mechanic - what do I need?
I haven't headed to mojo website just yet to warn you but what should I look for? and where/what do I need for the forks? would TF Tuning be a better place to buy all I need? Vaguely saw the speedlube replacement i think on rockshox and it doesn't seem beyond me - is that ok to do at home?
They've probably had 25hrs of use with little love so far and I want to show them i do like them!
thanks for any help

totem download the service manual from srams webby.
the Air shock just lube the air sleeve as per the service info. and send it away for a service.
but if they a´have had only 25 hours use a clean a drop of Teflon chain lube on the seals and an air pressure check."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

RS forks are a doddle to service, just download the correct service guide from www.sram.com.
You shouldn't need any special tools, just a decent supply of allen keys, spanners/sockets and circlip pliers. A set of seal picks can help too but a small screw driver will do just as well for winkling seals and o-rings out of their seats.
Service parts (seals, bushes, wipers, o-rings, circlips, etc.) should be available from all RS dealers (CRC do them to) so all you need to complete the job is some moly grease and the correct weight fork oil.
The first time you try, set yourself a good hour or two, take your time and follow the service instructions religiously. Don't try to cut corners - after all, forks are a precision bit of kit! Give the instructions a good read through BEFORE you start, too.0 -
ah i've now found the service manual - couldn't before. its the main one which isn't shown when you select the totem forks.
