Ok mostly aimed at our guru Nic,
I have these above mentioned chain set on my stumpy fsr07, i went to take it off the other week so i could clean some of my rear linkage up. and I undid the outer cap and main bolt on the non drive side arm as i believe is pretty standard on all chain sets these days. but the arm doesn't come away from the axle. i can't see anything holding it on, is it possible my naff bike shop has lock tight them on or some such melarky?
Cheers!

re fit bolt and cap. now undo the bolt with the cap fitted.
