Much as it naturally pains me to help a Litespeed owner, i'll try to put that aside and see you as a fellow cyclist...

YOu can still get Cane Creek IS3 headsets (and IS2), but they do them in a couple of bearing sizes. Has yours got a blue seal on the actual bearings? If so, they are cane creek standard items.

Stack height, it depends what set up you got, but if you go for the lower stack option you can always bung and extra 5mm spacer in and you're away.

FSA also do blue seal units that'll fit. If you're really struggling, email me (address on Sunday website) as we've got 'em in stock and i'm sure we can get to teh bottom of what you need.

Well somebody has to help them - after all, it won't be Litespeed.

They have been very ggod to me -so have no complaints so far.

    IS2 , IS6 - in fact the normal non-integrated S3 and S6 and S6 all take the same bearings.
