Hi Guys what do I use to lube the top arms of the fork and rear shock.

The fork is a Fox Talas 36'r adjustable travel.

The rear shock is a Fox RP23

Thank you

Nothing, just wipe any dirt away after every ride with a damp cloth.

I have the Fox 120 RL forks and they recommend that you lift the dust seals every so many hours of riding and wet the foams with float fluid (that seems impossible to buy) or use 7wt suspension oil.
I just do this when they are looking dry which is about a couple of months of riding and only takes 2 minutes to do.
If the Talas 36 is designed the same with the wipers and foams here is the link of how to do it:

once your bike is clean, there is no harm in using a teflon rich chain lube to freshen the seals on both your fork stanchions and air shock shaft

this comes from Tim Flooks at TF Tuned:

    Lube it up!

It's pretty mucky out there at the moment so now's the time to give your fork a little love after your ride.

You know how is is ... you get in from a ride, quickly wash the bike and then it's time for a cup of tea. Whilst you're supping your tea you remember to lube the chain otherwise it will be a stiff, rusty mess the next time you go to ride. Well, whilst your lubing your chain with that sweet Teflon-enriched oil, just put a couple of drops on your fork's upper tubes. Push them up and down a few times then wipe off the excess oil complete with the dirt lifted from the wiper seal lip with a clean rag. So, next time you ride, both your chain and your fork will be silky smooth before you hit the first puddle!

I have been doing this to my Lyric 2-step fork and DHX Air shock without any issues, and it certaintly makes the suspension feel smoother and more fluid after a good bike cleaning session

float fluid (that seems impossible to buy)

    I ordered some yesterday from...

    http://www.noahsark.co.uk/fox-float-fluid-8oz-225ml-ish-p-697.html

Never used them before, but the price looked good, and I have just received an email stating that the order will be despatched today.

As rob Cole has said just a bit of Teflon lube on your seals,I use tf2 from weldtite. And you dont need to lift your wiper seals up to lube the foam seals, just turn your fork/bike upside down and the oil bath will run down the insides of the foks and soak in to your foam seals, infact fox recommends you do this every so often to keep your forks running smooth, works on all forks with oil bath.
