bottom bracket

im thinking of re greasing the bottom bracket on my trek pilot 1.0 i think it has sealed bearings it is nearly 2 yrs old and never been done, do i just remove the threaded cups remove grease and repack or is there more to it then that

    do you have a problem? depending on the type it maywell be a sealed unit.

    It will be a sealed unit and is non-serviceable.

    Grab the end of the crank arm and rock from side to side - if there's no discernable movement and you're not getting any clicking / grittiness whilst riding I'd leave alone. Most sealed BBs are unserviceable - when it's done, bin in and replace.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
