i sent an order back over a month ago to crc and i had to put a claim in with paypal to get a refund, anyway i put another order in on wednesday and its still "being processed"
its not like crc at all theyre usually very efficient. but apparently word is "a few members of staff are off from the charging department"

so if you put an order in recently and didnt know, then now you do ;)

    Looks like they are back up to speed. I ordered a pair of Diadora shoes on Wednesday afternoon and they turned up Thursday morning.

    After my issues of the other week (Postie never delivered, returned goods, poor CRC response to e-mails), the re-order went perfectly - delivered next day.

    The order and inbound payments will be automated so not affected. Picking and despatch seems to be working well. Perhaps customer care and refunds are understaffed for the current volume. it must be all the advertising that is blocking the text on this forum causing it :wink:
