Help with this frame size

Hi

Im looking at this frame.

however I cant work out which size is right for me :(
at the moment i ride a small (53) but i found the top tube a bit long so i have had to use a shorter stem. Im 5,7.

with this in mind which would be the right size frame?

    I'm 5' 9/10 and would ride a Size 48 in this frame, based on the top tube length relative to my current bikes (Medium sized Giant TCRs).

    I would think at 5'7 that you could ride the 45 with a decent length stem (100/110 mm) but a lot is dependent on your inseam measurement and the length of your torso compared with your legs
