Black or silver spokes?

Black rims and hubs with silver spokes, what does it look like? Cheap and nasty or cool? What other combinations look good, one black one silver or black one side silver the other? The DT swiss black spokes that I was looking at cost quite a bit more and seem to come with alloy nipples as opposed to brass. Nearly ready to start the first wheel build. :D

    Depends on the colour of the rest of the bike. I've got the black hub/rim with silver spokes combo on my MTB (white frame) and it works well.
