Hi i bought a book containing a lot of routes around the dark peak area.
Most of the routes including are red / black.
I am a complete newbie but i am pretty fit.
Are they red / black due to the difficulty technically or physically.
I quite like the look of the kinder circuit from edale
Are these route going to be beyond my capabilities?

Hey,
I'm a total newbie and i've managed to do red/blue rides in the peak. I did go with someone more technically adept than me, but i managed to get down them all! i think Blacka moor is a good start, as is the Stanage Pole one. Acuatlly - Langsett Resevoir is very easy.
Anyway just use your head and if you don't like it, get off!
