What a muppet!

Coming round a corner on my way home tonight, going too fast for the conditions I realised I wasn't going to make it. Luckily there was a lowered part of the pavement to use as an exit on to a really wide grass verge. Unfortunatly the verge was surrounded by a 5 inch raised concrete step. Cue me, sliding 20 feet on sodden grass (100 times better than sodden road!) to look a right bug with both wheels punctured and both in need of trueing (sp?). They still spin round so I guess they don't need to be totally replaced.

Verry lucky but I feel like a right clown. :oops:

So lucky there was nothing coming the other way.....Glad your ok though....couple of weeks you'll be giggling about this at the cake stop!!
