Having spent all winter cycling to work and getting wet, I've still managed to get my heavy winter kit dry by home time - through putting it on the radiator.

Now it's summer the radiators aren't on and all my thin summer kit is still wet neary 10 hours later.

Damn
I like bikes...

Whenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I believe in the future of the human race.

Get a £10 fan from Tesco. Works a treat.

I used to stick my stuff in the mouth of a fume cupboard. Same idea, but removes all possibility of offending lab mates.

lol - you can't win 'em all! At least it's pretty warm outside.
    That fan idea sounds good.

Have to admit I was relieved yesterday when I turned up the radiator and it worked... Warm clothes at 5pm when it's raining outside, ahhh toasty...

I've had the pleasure of riding home in wet clothes a few times, but generally I can find somewhere to dry my clothes. It actually has to be one of the few times that working in IT has come in useful as I normally have access to rooms full of equipment that pumps warm air out of the back, so long as I can find somewhere to hang my clothes they'll dry!

Being an IT spod as well I was going to suggest putting the worst affeccted bits behind your PC in the warm air, a bit of careful stock rotation and you might just get it all dry as long as you don't wear your entire wardrobe on the bike!

I must admit, it's the one time that I'm glad that the company I work for won't fork out for decent aircon in our server room.

    I feel lucky now..

At the place I work we have very nice bike changing rooms, with decent sized showers, safe lockers for spare clothes, suits etc and to top it off, we even have a few drying rooms for everyone’s wet clothes.

Also as the site is secure, everyone’s bikes are safe and watched by CCTV.

    :D
