New Wheels - What should I go for?

I'm considering new wheels for my Bianchi. It's an all alloy Bianchi of a few years old, that's equiped with 9 speed Campag Veloce, and still has the original Bianchi Elevation wheels, that are now starting to get a bit old. What should I go for? I'm considering a handbuilt set based on Veloce Hubs (Rims & Spokes yet to be decided) or a factory set of Campag Wheels. As this is not my best Bike I don't want to spend much more than about £150 - £200 for the set. What should I go fo?
