Front Rack - can you still get one like this ....

Hi,
One where you can mount the panniers low like a lowrider but it also has a shelf on the top, like a rear rack, for putting something like a sleeping mat on?
There's one on ebay at the moment, but I'll be away when it ends, and when I google front racks all I can find is either lowriders or standard type racks where the panniers would only mount high up?
Any suggestions?

Nitto Big Front Rack. Looks very sturdy. Should perhaps be called the Big Heavy Front rack.....

Nitto Big Front Rack. is very sturdy. Should perhaps be called the Big not as light as lowrider Front rack.. that works really well and does not break into pieces when loaded
seriously though i use one - makes the front end nice and stable even with 46l pair of panniers -
never used it with small panniers on lower rail - would seem to be overkill
is expensive but mine is 7years old now owes me nothing0 -

The Jandd one is very similar to the one on ebay at the moment, it has bids on it, but I am keeping an eye on it ...
