Campag 9 - 10 speed cassette compatiblity

My brother has an 9 speed Veloce groupset and is considering upgrading to a 10 speed GS. However, are 10 speed cassettes (Ultraglide) the same splines as 9 speed?
I think his 9 speed is Exaglide. In other words, will he need a new rear hub as well?

    Both 9 and 10 speed cassettes will fit his current hubs.
    I'd rather walk than use Shimano
