differnece in bolt pattern between ISCG OLD and 05

hi i ordered an 05 E13 SRS for my GLory assuming it would be the newer version .
However the mounts on the frame are pitched significatnly smaller than the 05 SRS backplate -
Are the frame mounts the ISCG OLD version then???

Sounds like it. ISCG 05 was brought in so that it could be used with BMX sized bottom brackets.
