    Amusing but it's the sort of thing you'd expect a nutter in the US to do, not a pro rider on behalf of a responsible bank! Actually, at that speed you can probably just sit in the pocket of air behind, no need to work much at all...

    Good speed training - where's the problem? (until the car reaches the next red traffic light)

    Behind a Jeep or something with a nice "bricky" aerodynamic profile, you'd only have to pedal to keep within the air pocket (but then you'd have to pedal like a nutter).

    I seem to recall Kelly telling us on Eurosport how he was recorded doing 128kph on the descent into Pau during the Tour - without the shelter of a lead car.

    Track rider though... might have been a bit dicey if there were any right hand bends...
