Rear disc size

Want to replace rear disc on my Orange 222. Have a hope mono mini on at the mo which has a 165mm disc on it, looking at the hayes stroker trail and wondered if i can fit an 8 inch disc?
Replacing front Hope m4 as well to go to 8 inch, so wanting matching levers.
Have Boxxer teams on the front.
