Ribble - Great Customer Service

Was stuck in a spot last week. A wheel had failed on a bike I purchased from Ribble nearly a year ago (the wheel manufacturers fault, not Ribbles fault). This was a couple of days before a planned weekend of riding. I called Ribble at 4pm on a Thursday, explained the situation and by first thing Friday morning they had express delivered me a replacement. They even made a special arrangement to get around my not be able to return the faulty wheel back to them first.

In my opinion this is 5-star customer service. What I like about Ribble is their combination of a down-to-earth approach, customer service and the fact they make a genuine effort to return some value to the customer on both the bicycles and the parts/accessories they sell. I would definitely recommend them to others.
