I am currently running an eight speed drivetrain and i am thinking about upgrading to 9 speed my rear shimano Lx mech says "mega9" on it does this mean i can use it as a nine speed mech? did shimano ever make an eight speed Lx mech? i can't find one on the internet anymore but i did buy it from merlincycles any one know?
