They don't exist anymore. Look at Astana they are nearly Discovery.

The sponsor, Discovery Channel, quit the sport at the end of last season. The management company that ran the team, Tailwind Sports, decided to stop as they struggled to find a new sponsor.

As redddragon says, a lot of the management and the riders have now joined the Astana team.

Discovery pulled the plug on their sponsorship at the end of last year. Bruyneel tried finding a new sponsor but couldn't, so the team folded and Bruyneel retired.

But then Astana went pear-shaped at the TdF last year and the Kazakhs offered Bruyneel a big chunk of cash to take control of the team, so he went to Astana and took a load of Discovery riders (Contador, Leipheimer, Brajkovic and more) with him.
