Leg warmers: are they sold as a pair or singley?

Seen some Nike legwarmers advertised on JE James Cycles website (£8.99) but I am not sure if that is for 1 or 2. Normally the RRP is £39.99. Anybody else bought legwarmers mail order?

yes, they came as a pair. (different brand though, from wiggle)

tbh, it had never crossed my mind that they might be priced otherwise - would have been taken aback if I'd only got one!

Assume it's the level of discount which is causing suspicion?

I think Paul Macartney's ex shops for one.

Long John silver has the other one, Aargh Jim Lad.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Make sure you ask if it's for the left or right leg

Be aware that Nike leg warmers are very generously sized. A large will fit a rider up to 6'6 and weighing not less than 25 stone.

I'm 6'1, 12 stone and the mediums could be a bit tighter.

I got two lefts once. It was a nightmare.

Anyway, aren't they a bit '80s to be wearing on a bike?

Why would you wear logwarmers over jeans ?

I suppose for cycling, you could get tights and then wear legwarmers over them...
