Try 'From Lance to Landis' if you're an Armstrong fan.

How about "The Art of Wheelbuilding" by Gerd Schraner. I actually read it cover to cover
and have been building my own wheels ever since. I'm hooked.
Dennis Noward0 -
Discovery road (not about Discovery team) This book is sooooo good I read it 3 times!
The Escape Artist (Not about Houdini)
Inside the pelatonPictures are better than words because some words are big and hard to understand.

Currently reading Rough Ride. I'm enjoying it but can't seem to find any time to read it."A cyclist has nothing to lose but his chain"

Tour de Force by Dan Coyle is very good, probably the best book on Armstrong and co.
Just read Richard Moore's book on Robert Millar - it's very well written and a fascinating read.
Also Hutchinson's 'The Hour' is one of my favourites.0 -
I enjoyed inside the postal bus. There is never redemption, any fool can regret yesterday...

"Tour de France: The history, the Legend, the Riders" by Graeme Fife.
From the Tour's origins to present day (well 2004 in my copy). Very entertaining, esp the early days when the riders cheated with imaginative flair.
"The Flying Scotsman: The Graeme Obree Story"
A very moving, very honest autobiography. "Mad, brilliant and human" according to L'Equipe.A fanatic is one who can’t change his mind and won’t change the subject - Churchill0 -
"The Rider" by Tim Krabbe
"The Hour" by Michael Hutchinson0 -
Yogi's choices are spot on.
Plus add, The Escape Artist, by Matt Seaton and A Peiper's Tale by Alan Peiper.0 -
The Beautiful Machine by Graeme Fife
It's not about the bike and Every second counts, both by Lance Armstrong. Inspiring stuff......all the way...'til the wheels fall off and burn...0 -

Matt Rendells Pantani book is interesting, especially if you're a fan. Push a Little Bit Harder by Johnny Green is quite good fun.0 -
