Edinburgh cycles cyclo cross bike

Has anyone got this bike Revolution Cross bike, would you recommend it for cyclo cross any thoughts etc

    I have just purchased one of the Revolution Cross bikes. I didn't buy it for cyclo cross, more for a fast hybrid cycle. However I doubt whether it would suit cyclo cross. I have tried to fit mudguards to it and the clearance on the front fork is very limited, probably little better than my road bike and nothing like the Specialized Tricross. It also has centre pull brakes and I believe a cantilever arrangement is more suited. Hope that helps. Could get some photos if you want.
