Forks clicking on initial pressure

Hiya, I'm having an odd issue with my Fox F80X forks at the mo. After unweighting the forks and letting them return to full extension they'll click when pressure is reapplied to them. The travel seems to be working fine, as does the terralogic inertia damping magic and rebound etc.
I initially regreased the headset incase that was the issue, no joy. I've tried other forks over the weekend and it's definintely the F80Xs making the noise. Is this a service job or something a bit more obvious? They're a few years old and have been serviced once before at TFTuned in the past.
