Can someone please help me out .
What i'm after is some simple medical data about an indurain, armstrong, ingles type character? :P
Epsecially Peak Flow reading, Blood pressure and resting and maximum heart rate.
It must be out there somewhere!
I'll gladly take a straw poll with peoples own perception of their "level"
It's for a lesson to allow students to make comparisons against something impressive, and to encouarge them onto their bikes.
Grazie mil tutti.

I recall a comentator saying Armstrongs rest heart rate, first thing in the morning, laying in bed was  32 bpm  . That was just before the start of one of his Tour victories.0

Would this be before or after they used EPO to raise their VO2 max? It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.0
